The Company HELLENIC DUTY FREE SHOPS S.A. in accordance with the provisions of the article 24 par. 2 of the Law 3461/2006, announces that on 10.12.2007 purchased 51,740 shares of ELMEC SPORT SA, or 0.0934% of the share capital and voting rights of ELMEC, at the price of euro 3.96, and as a result the total participation in the share capital and voting rights of ELMEC reached 68.024%.
