PANTECHNIKI SA, within the framework of Law 3556/2007 and the decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, and for the purpose of calculating and determining the bounds of acquisition or disposal significant participations from the shareholders or owners of voting rights, informs the investment public that, the Company Share Capital amounts to fifty two millions six hundred fourteen thousand, one hundred ninety five (EURO 52.614.195,00), divided into forty two millions ninety one thousand three hundred fifty six common registered shares(42.091.356) with voting rights, par value of one Euro and twenty five cents (1.25) each.
