In application of the provision laid down in article 16, par. 10 of Codified Law No. 2190/20 and article 290 of the Regulation of the Athens Stock Exchange, it is hereby announced that the Board of Directors in its meeting held on 14 September 2007, in line with a resolution passed by the Ordinary General Assembly of Shareholders held on 29 June 2007 on the purchase of own shares, unanimously decided to purchase up to 10% of the Company's total shares, namely up to 3,151,161 shares, via the Athens Stock Exchange. The minimum price was set to Euro 3.00 and the maximum price was set to Euro 15.00. The purchase will take place from 1 October 2007 to 29 June 2008.
