SPRIDER STORES S.A. announces based on Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) in combination with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that on August 30, 2007, the President and Executive Member of the Board of Directors (bound person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), Mr. Athanasios Dorotheos Hatzioannou bought 11.850 common shares, with a total net value of euro 122.532,00.
B. SPRIDER STORES S.A. announces based on Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) in combination with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that on August 30, 2007, Mr Dorotheos Savvas Hatzioannou, son of the Vice President and Executive Member of the Board of Directors (bound person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005, Mr. Savvas Dorotheos Hatzioannou bought 600 common shares, with a total net value of euro 6,178.00.
