ASPIS BANK SA, announces that, in compliance with Law 3556/2007, the shareholder ASPIS HOLDINGS PUBLIC CO, LTD informed the Bank on 10/12/2007 for the change of its shareholding due to participation of voting rights as follows:
-Transaction Date of which its participation in the equity of the Company reaches, exceeds or falls below 3% of total voting rights: 6/12/2007.
- Number of shares held (direct participation) prior to the said transaction: 2.693.818 or 4,2436% of total voting rights of ASPIS BANK SA.
-Number of shares held (direct participation) following the said transaction 3.200.000 or 5,0410% of total voting rights of ASPIS BANK SA.
The participation reported to the said relate to the direct as well as the total participation of the company ASPIS HOLDINGS PUBLIC CO, LTD as a percentage over total voting rights and Share Capital of the Bank.
