Pursuant to Article 282 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation and Article 24 of Law 3461/2006, J&P-AVAX S.A. announces the purchase of 67,386 shares of Athena SA at euro 1.67 / share, for a total consideration of euro 112,534.62 on August 29 2007. Following the transaction, J&P-AVAX S.A. controls 71.68% of Athena SA's share capital.
