SPRIDER STORES S.A. announces based on Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) in combination with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that on September 17, 2007, Mrs Evagelia Alexander Trivela, wife of Mr. Kyriakos Nicholas Kofinas, General Manager (bound person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), bought 800 common shares, with a total net value of Euro 8,422.00.
