According to article 2 par. 2e of the Capital Market Commission's Decision 3/347/12.7.2005, the Company announces that on November 12, 2007 Ms Martha-Christina Ntinopoulou resigned from her duties as internal auditor.
After the above resignation the Company s Internal Audit Department has the following structure :
