GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, pursuant to article 9, paragraph 5 of the L.3556 and following the Company's share capital increase effected through increase of the stock's nominal value, which has been approved by the General Shareholders meeting on 03/07/08, that the Company"s share capital amounts to 58,746,287.60 EUR and is divided into 38,146,940 common shares of nominal value 1.54 each.
Additionally, it is reminded that the Company's shares started trading at their new nominal value in the Athens Stock Exchange on 01/08/07.
