INTRALOT announces according to the L.3556/2007, that the Bank of America notified that -via its subsidiary companies- purchased on September 24, 2007, 165,000 common registered shares of the company and as a result their participation increased at 5.15% (4,056,000 shares bearing voting rights of the 78,793,961 total number of shares) from 4.94% (3,891,000 shares bearing voting rights of the 78,793,961 total number of shares).
The total holding rate (5.15%) concerns the participations of the following companies: Columbia Acorn International, Columbia Acorn Fund, Wanger International Small Cap Advisor Fund, Wanger European Smaller Companies, Oregon State Treasury, Acorn International Select, RiverSource International Aggressive Growth Fund, Wanger International Select, Fairfax County Employees Pension.
