Tax Audit Completion for Fiscal Years 2005 and 2006
Proton Bank hereby announces that on November 16th, 2007 the tax audit for the fiscal years 2005 and 2006 was completed. Additionally, tax authorities finalized the relevant audit for Proton Securities S.A. (which had been absorbed by the Bank on September 29th, 2006) for the fiscal years 2005 and 2006.
Income tax and adjustments amounted to EUR 556,510.10 and were settled in a single installment with a discount of EUR 27,835.
It is noted that the current financial statements contain a relevant provision for the paid amount of EUR 528,675.10.
