Info-Quest S.A. announces the commencement of the process of the spin-off of the "Solution & Business Application" (SBA) business sector of the company and its contribution to Info-Quest s 100% owned subsidiary Decision System Integration S.A. The spin-off of the SBA business sector and its contribution to Decision SI S.A will be conducted according to articles 1-5 of law 2166/1993. The financial statements of the business will be drawn up as of the September 30st 2007. After that date, all transactions conducted by Info-Quest relating to its SBA business will be deemed to be conducted on behalf of the company to which its SBA business will be contributed. The completion of the separation is subject to the resolutions of the appropriate bodies of the two companies and the approvals of all relevant authorities, as specified by law. The SBA business sector accounts for 23.24% of total 2006 revenue of Info-Quest S.A. It should be noted that the spin-off the SBA business sector and its contribution to a 100%-owned subsidiary does not change the financial position of the Group, since the SBA business is already included in the Group's consolidated accounts.
