SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 that Mr Antonios Agiostratitis of Miltiades, shareholder and ?Other Manager? (according to a.13 of the L.3340), proceeded on 14/11/07 to the disposal of 500 (five hundred) common shares at the price of 13.10 euros (thirteen euros and ten cents) of total value 6,550 euros (six thousand five hundred and fifty euros).
