By its letter dated 5/9/2007, the shareholder of our corporation, AXON DEVELOPMENT S:A., informed us that on 3/9/2007 its sharing percentage of the total voting rights of AXON HOLDINGS S.A. was changed from 14.960% (4,714,102 voting rights) to 15.902% (5,011,132 voting rights) due to the acquisition of new shares by our company.
