MICROLAND SA based on Law 3556/2007 in combination with Decision No 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission announces that on September 18, 2007, Mr Athanasoulis Athanasios who is President of Company' s BoD (bound person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005) sold 129.680 common shares, with a total value of Euro 930.796,60.
