Division), the merger of the companies "REMEK - PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL SOCIETE ANONYME", with distinctive title "R+N PHARMACEUTICALS S.A." and "EL SPEDIPHARM INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL SOCIETE ANONYME OF PHARMACEUTICAL PRODUCTS", with distinctive title "EL SPEDIPHARM S.A." is completed, with the absorption of the second from the first.
As of 7.08.2007 the absorbed company "EL SPEDIPHARM INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL SOCIETE ANONYME" with distinctive title "EL SPEDIPHARM" dissolves, while in its rights and liabilities the newly absorber company "REMEK - PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL SOCIETE ANONYME", with distinctive title "R+N PHARMACEUTICALS S.A." enters henceforth.
