In accordance with Law 3556/2007 and the Decision No 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Republic Capital Market Commission and in order to facilitate the calculation of the levels that a significant change in participation should be disclosed, Attica Holdings S.A. informs the investment community that the share capital of the Company amounts to Euro sixty two million five hundred four thousand and two hundred eight (Euro 62,504,208.00) divided into one hundred four million one hundred seventy three thousand and six hundred eighty (104,173,680) common bearer shares with par value of Euro sixty cents (Euro 0.60) and one voting right each.
