The company AEOLIAN INVESTMENT FUND S.A. in accordance with Law 3556/07 and the decision 1/434/03 07 2007 of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, and for the purpose of estimation and determination of the limits of significant acquisition or disposal of participation by shareholders or owners of voting rights, informs the investment community that the share capital of the company amounts to 20.120.400,00 ( twenty million one hundred and twenty thousand and four hundred euros) divided into 11.178.000 (eleven million one hundred and seventy-eight thousand ) common voting registered shares, of nominal value 1,80 euros ( one euro and eighty cents) each.
