An investment program of 32.96 million euros for Altec Telecoms was approved by the Ministry of Finance and Economy and was included to the 3299/2004 Development Act.
The integration of the above investment to the Development Act was published to the gazette. The sum of subsidy was determined in 30,44%.
The particular investment constitutes part of the total investment plan of Altec Telecoms, and his objective is to provide to the customer, a high quality services through his privately owned telecommunication network.
According to the business plan, the investment concerns the growth of technological infrastructures for the provision of innovative broadband services (Next Generation Network) and covers the total of prefectures with emphasis on Athens and Thessaloniki areas.
The timetable of concretization of the investment is 3 years plan and will be materialized at the end of 2009.
According to the course of works, which are found in complete development, Altec Telecoms will provide broadband services, through his privately owned infrastructures in certain regions of Attica, at the end of this year.
Also, according to the business plan, from the middle of 2008 the company will extend the provision of broadband services in Thessaloniki and the big urban centers.
The new investment program completely reflects the philosophy and strategy of Altec Group for permanent investments, in order to its infrastructures and its offered services to be continuously to the peak of technology, that are distinguished for their high competitiveness - innovation and they ensure the complete satisfaction of the customer.
