Nel Lines S.A., according to law 3556/2007(articles 3 and 21) and article 11 of decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that the Managing Director, Mr. Apostolos Ventouris (considered an insider according to article 13 of law 3340/2005), purchased 70.000 common shares, with a value of Euro 67.630,50 on December 5th 2007. In addition, there was a transfer to a different account of the same beneficiary of 670.000 common shares, through a block trade on December 6th 2007 with a value of Euro 629.800.
