In response to the Capital Market Commission's document No 5001/14.11.2007 and in compliance with article 2 of the Capital Market Commission Board of Directors' Resolution No 5/204/2000, as in force today, we inform you that PIRAEUS BANK S.A. has expressed its interest in a possible acquisition of the Ukrainian Bank KreditProm, by participating in the first -nonbinding- stage of the respective procedure.
