Lavipharm S.A., according to law 3340/2005 and the obligations deriving from par.2 of the Resolution 3/347/12.7.2005 of the Capital Market Committee, announces that Mrs. Tania Vranopoulos, Group Chief Operating Officer until today, assumes the responsibility of Deputy CEO, as per the Resolution No 830/24.12.2007 of the Board of Directors of the Company. Mrs. Vranopoulos, having a wide experience and tenure within LAVIPHARM, will be focused in strategic issues regarding the operation and the Group's planning of development and growth in Greece and abroad.
