Strong Growth posted in the financial results of the Group: Revenues +36,49% EBIDTA +50,17% Net Income+111,91% Impressive growth in profitability is the main characteristic of the financial results of the NIREUS Group for the period ended 30 September 2007. Most remarkable is the growth in the Earnings after Taxes by 111,91 %. Revenues and profits also posted a strong growth, both on the group and the company level. On the Group level: - Revenues increased by 36,49 % and was 165,44 million euro versus 121,21 million euro for the comparable period of 2006. - EBIDTA was 32,31 million euro versus 21,52 million euro for 2006, posting growth of 50,17%. - Pre Tax Profits (EBT) increased to 19,03 million euro (posting growth of 57,41 %, from 12,09 million euro in the first nine months of 2006). - After Tax Profits (EAT) increased most significantly by 111,91 % and reached 14,64 million euro for the first nine months of 2007 , versus 6,91 million euro for last year's comparable period. - Finally, After Tax and Minority Profits reached 10,73 mil. euro (from 7,46 million euro for last year's comparable period), posting growth of 43,85 %. On the Company level: - Revenues reached 142,03 million euro, posting an increase of 20,86 % (versus 117,52 million euro for the first nine months of 2006). - EBIDTA increased by 27,70 % reaching 22,39 million euro versus 17,53 million euro for last year's comparable period. - Pre Tax Profits (EBT) reached 13,19 million euro (versus 11,36 million euro for last year's first nine months) posting growth of 16,11%. - After Tax Profits (EAT), reached 9,99 mil. euro (+18,39 %), compared to 8,43 mil. euro last year. The reported financial results are in line with the strategic initiatives set and announced by the Management of the Group and pertain both to the implementation of the growth plan and the rationalization of the production and operational costs.
