The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 that Ms Eleni Pappa of Evangelos, manager of the Shareholder Services and Corporate Announcements department proceeded on 26/09/07 to the purchase of 1,000 (one thousand) common shares at the price of 11.36 euros (eleven euros and thirty six cents) of total value 11,360 euros (eleven thousand three hundred and sixty).
