In accordance with the article 9 par.5 of Law 3556/2007 with a view to calculating and defining the acquisition limits or availability of significant participations by shareholders or owners of voting rights, SCIENS INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENTS AND HOLDINGS S.A. notifies the investing public that, following the completion of the company's share capital increase through payment of cash and partial limitation of the existing shareholders' pre-emption rights the share capital amounts to euro 97.832.689,20 divided into 163.054.482 common registered shares, each having a nominal value of euro 0,60 each.
It is pointed out that the 163.054.482 new common registered shares, which occurred from the above mentioned share capital increase, will begin to negotiate in the Athens Stock Exchange as of Monday 24th December 2007.
