HERACLES G.C.Co. (the Company) announces in accordance with law 3556/2007, Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 and Circular no 33 of the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission that MORGAN STANLEY, proceeded to a notification to the Company on 13.12.2007 due to acquisition of voting rights of the Company. Specifically, MORGAN STANLEY informed the Company that pursuant to the 6.12.2007 ATHEX trading session, MORGAN STANLEY acquired indirectly additional 2,605,646 shares in HERACLES G.C.Co. (i.e. 3.67%) with voting rights.
Pursuant to the aforementioned session, MORGAN STANLEY holds in total 7.108% of the total of the Company's shares and voting rights (i.e. 5,053,264 shares). Specifically, 5,046,667 shares (i.e. 7.099%) are held indirectly through its subsidiary MORGAN STANLEY AND CO INTERNATIONAL PLC and 6,597 shares (i.e. 0,009%) are also held indirectly through its subsidiary MORGAN STANLEY AND CO INCORPORATED NEW YORK.
It is noted that the aforementioned shares and their voting rights are held by MORGAN STANLEY on a principal basis and on behalf of various clients, including on behalf of LAFARGE CEMENTOS S.A., which alone holds more than 5% of the Company's voting rights.
