Senior notes from Emporiki Group Finance PLC.
Pursuant to the resolution No.3/347/12.07.2005 of the Board of Directors of the Capital Market Commission, Emporiki Bank of Greece S.A. announces that its wholly owned subsidiary Emporiki Group Finance PLC, issued three (3) senior notes fully Guaranteed by Emporiki Bank of Greece S.A.
The first note, having a face value of euros 500.000.000, matures in 19/11/2009 and carries a coupon of 3ΜEURIBOR + 0.17%.
The second note, having a face value of euros 250.000.000, matures in 29/10/2010 and carries a coupon of 6ΜEURIBOR + 0.225%.
The third note, having a face value of euros 250.000.000, matures in 19/11/2010 and carries a coupon of 3ΜEURIBOR + 0.25%.
The three notes were placed by the Lead Managers with Foreign Investors.
The first note, having a face value of euros 500.000.000, matures in 19/11/2009 and carries a coupon of 3ΜEURIBOR + 0.17%.
The second note, having a face value of euros 250.000.000, matures in 29/10/2010 and carries a coupon of 6ΜEURIBOR + 0.225%.
