We would like to inform you that during the meeting of the Board of Directors that was carried out on Wednesday, 17 October 2007, Mr. Charalampos Pertsinidis, son of Pavlos, was elected as a non-executive member, replacing Mr. Anastasios Akritidis, son of Akritas, who resigned.
The verification of the above changes related to the members of the Board of Directors will be carried out at the next first General Assembly of the company's shareholders.
The new composition of the Board of Directors has as follows:

2. Konstantinos Stefos, son of Charalampos, Vice-Chairman & Managing Director of the Board of Directors, Executive Member

6. Thomas Anthymidis, son of Theodoros, Independent Non-Executive Member
