The company ALAPIS S.A. discloses according to article 14 law 3556, that after a relevant disclosure it received from Mr Lavrentios Lavrentiadis as of November 5th 2007, that on November 5th 2007 he proceeded to the sale of shares of the company ALAPIS S.A., and as a result, its total number of shares and voting rights decreased from 369.268.020 to 316.568.020 and his percentage on total voting rights of the above company changed from 37,66% to 32,28%. It is noted, that the last disclosure as per PD51/92, was made on June 25th 2007, when Mr Lavrentios Lavrentiadis owned 40,59% of the total number of shares and on total voting rights of the above company.
