The Company discloses that in the Interim Financial Statements (individual and consolidated) of 30 September 2007, as well as in the published Figures and Information of the period from 1 January to 30 September 2007, as they published at 26/11/2007, takes place the following adjustments:
1.At the "Figures and Information of the period from 1 January to 30 September 2007".
a)In the Table named "INCOME STATEMENT FIGURES OF THE PERIOD" for the Group, in respect with the period of 01.07.2006-30.09.2006, in the figure "Earnings before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortizations" has been presented incorrectly the amount of 4.322 thousand euros, instead of the correct 3.576 thousand euros.
b)In the Table named "INCOME STATEMENT FIGURES OF THE PERIOD" for the Company, in respect with the period of 01.07.2006-30.09.2006, in the figure "Earnings before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortizations" has been presented incorrectly the amount of 3.243 thousand euros, instead of the correct 2.664 thousand euros.
2.At the "Interim Financial Statement (individual and consolidated) of 30 September 2007".
a) In the Table named "INTERIM INCOME STATEMENT FOR THE PERIOD" for the Group, in respect with the period of 01.07.2006-30.09.2006, in the figure "Earnings before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortizations" has been presented incorrectly the amount of 4.321.956 euros, instead of the correct 3.575.686 euros.
b) In the Table named "INTERIM INCOME STATEMENT FOR THE PERIOD" for the Company, in respect with the period of 01.07.2006-30.09.2006, in the figure "Earnings before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortizations" has been presented incorrectly the amount of 3.242.883 euros, instead of the correct 2.664.245 euros.
