MARKET MAKER CONTRACT RENEWAL The listed company in the ASE "SIDENOR STEEL PRODUCTS MANUFACTURING COMPANY SA" announces to the investment community that pursuant to the ATHEX Board of Directors decision dated 29.11.2007, the term contract for the Market Making on the Company s common listed shares is renewed, enhancing this way the stock's liquidity, with BETA SECURITIES SA as the official Market Maker. The Company has signed a contract for the Market Making with BETA SECURITIES SA under the following basic terms and conditions:
1. BETA SECURITIES SA will submit to the Trading System of the Athens Exchange market maker transaction orders (that is simultaneous buy and sell orders) on its own account on "SIDENOR STEEL PRODUCTS MANUFACTURING COMPANY SA" shares, according to the specific provisions of the current legislation 2. The Market Maker contract has a one (1) year duration.
