COSMOTE MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS S.A. (COSMOTE or Company), following a notification received by Hellenic Telecommunications S.A. (OTE) on 30/11/2007 and pursuant to paragraph 3 of article 14 of L.3556/2007, hereby notifies the following changes in the number of COSMOTE s voting rights held by OTE: Following the acquisition of COSMOTE common registered shares on 29 November 2007, the percentage of the Company s voting rights held by OTE has changed by over 3%. In particular, as at the date of its previous notification to the Company OTE held 287,854,895 common registered shares of COSMOTE, representing 85.98% of the Company s voting rights while on the date prior to the aforementioned acquisition OTE held 296,893,182 common registered shares of COSMOTE, representing 88.68% of the Company s voting rights. Following the aforementioned acquisition OTE holds 298.272.530 common registered shares of COSMOTE representing 89.09% of the Company s voting rights.
