COSMOTE MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS S.A. announces, in accordance to L.3556/2007, the 1/434/3.07.2007 decision of the HCMC, art.13 L.3340/2005 and the 3/347/12.07.2005 decision of the HCMC, that W.R. COM ENTERPRISES LIMITED, related legal entity to Mr Ioannis Sarantitis, Non Executive Director of COSMOTE's Board of Directors, on 13/11/2007 sold 3,750,450 common ordinary shares of the Company of a total value of 98,449,312.50 euro.
