COSMOTE MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS S.A. ("COSMOTE" or "Company"), following a notification received by Hellenic Telecommunications S.A. ("OTE") on 14/11/2007 and pursuant to paragraph 3 of article 14 of L.3556/2007, hereby notifies the following changes in the number of COSMOTE's voting rights held by OTE: On 12 November 2007 OTE acquired common registered shares of COSMOTE representing over 3% of the Company's voting rights. Prior to the aforementioned acquisition OTE held directly 227,086,941 common registered shares of COSMOTE, representing 67.83% of the Company's voting rights. Following the aforementioned acquisition OTE held directly 261,042,352 common registered shares of COSMOTE representing 77.97% of the Company's voting rights.
On 13 November 2007 OTE acquired common registered shares of COSMOTE representing over 3% of the Company's voting rights. Prior to the aforementioned acquisition OTE held directly 261,042,352 common registered shares of COSMOTE, representing 77.97% of the Company's voting rights. Following the aforementioned acquisition OTE holds directly 277,785,011 common registered shares of COSMOTE representing 82.97% of the Company's voting rights.
