We notify the change of the Board of Directors of our company, due to the death of the member Georgakopoulos N. Leonidas and the resignation of the member Emmanouil Sakellis. For their replacement, the extraordinary meeting of the Board of Directors elected two new members on the 18th December 2007. After the election, the constitution of the Board is as follows :
