Piraeus Bank S.A. announces under Law 3556/2007 that following completion of its share capital increase by the amount of euros 6,939,386.46 due to Stock Option Plans, the share capital of the Bank amounts today to euros 1,617,977,259.99 divided into 339,198,587 ordinary voting shares at par value of euros 4.77 each.
