The company MICHANIKI SA notifies that, according to the decision of the Board of Directors, during the 16th October Meeting Mr.Petrotos Dimitrios was elected as new independent non-executive member of the Board of Directors, replacing the resigned independent non-executive member Mr. Kalinoglou Georgios.
