The Company HELLENIC DUTY FREE SHOPS S.A. announces that: According to the provisions of decisions no. 1/380/04.05.2006 (Article 6) and no. 7.18/443/06.09.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission, during the period 20.09.2007-02.11.2007, HDFS conducted and concluded the auction of 5,880 HDFS shares (for the account of the beneficial owners of the securities), which had not been dematerialized.
The proceeds of the sale reached euro 70,281.87 (euro 11.952698 per share). The Company will shortly mail to the beneficial owners of the proceeds necessary certification and guidelines for the collection of the amount they are entitled to.
