The Company under the name MYTILINEOS S.A. GROUP OF COMPANIES hereby announces, pursuant to para. 5, article 9 of law 3556/2007 and by virtue of the approving decision of the Board of Directors of the Stock Exchange, dated 13/12/2007, regarding the listing for trading of the new shares which derived from the decrease of the nominal value of the Company's share from euros 2.55 to euros 1.07 with the issuance of 68,190,531 new common registered shares and the share capital increase through capitalization of a reserve amounting to euros 876,735.61 for the purpose of rounding the new par value of the shares, that that share capital of the Company currently amounts to euros 125,080,916.71, divided into 116,898,053 incorporeal common registered shares of a par value of euros 1.07 each.
