ASTIR PALACE VOULIAGMENI S.A. announces, pursuant to the provisions of article 27 of Law 3556/2007 and of par. 2.2.3. of Circular No 33/3-7-2007 of the Greek CMC, that the main shareholder NATIONAL BANK OF GREECE S.A. held, as per its written notification dated 27-9-2007, 33,252,196 common registered shares with an equivalent number of voting rights (direct), i.e.78.06% of the share capital and total voting rights of the Company (previous notification dated 8/1/2001 : 27,986,640 shares, i.e.78.83% of the total voting rights as at 28/12/2000).
