NIREUS SA notifies that Mrs Kalliope Chaviara, wife of Mr. Nikolaos Chaviaras, Vice Chairman and CEO of the Company, bought on the 13th and the 14th of December an aggregate of 50.000 shares of total value 159.614,28 euros. Mrs Chaviara is a required to notify of her transactions, according to Law 3340/2005, as a person closely affiliated to a person holding senior managerial position. This announcement is made in compliance with the regulations of Law 3556/2007 and the decision of the HMC 1/434/3.7.2007 (article 11).
