Pursuant to Article 9, paragraph 3 of Law 3556/2007, J&P-AVAX SA (the Company) was informed by its major shareholders that their participation in the Company?s total voting rights has been adjusted due to the increase in the Company's share capital in October 2007, whereby total shares and voting rights rose to 77,654,850 (from 73,200,000) according to a Company announcement dated 31.10.2007.
The adjusted shareholdings and voting rights are as follows:
1. Joannou & Paraskevaides (Investments) Limited, 32,300,000 shares and voting rights, representing 41.59% of the total (versus 44.13%)
2. Constantinos Mitzalis, 9.099.778 shares and voting rights, representing 11.72% of the total (versus 12.43%)
