The Company HELLENIC DUTY FREE SHOPS S.A. in accordance with the provisions of the article 24 par. 2 of the Law 3461/2006, announces that on 31.10.2007 purchased 169,040 shares of ELMEC SPORT SA, or 0.3051% of the share capital and voting rights of ELMEC. Τhe price ranged between ?3.94 and ?3.96 per share. As a result the total participation in the share capital and voting rights of ELMEC reached 56.239%.
