Further to a letter by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission «MARFIN POPULAR BANK PUBLIC CO LTD" denies an article in the newspaper «HMERISIA", according to which is reported to have made a non binding offer for the acquisition of the private bank «KREDITPROM" in Ukraine.
