The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 that Ms Eleni Pappa of Evangelos, manager of the Shareholder Services and Corporate Announcements department proceeded on 1/11/07 to the sale of 1,000 (one thousand) common shares at the price of 13.86 euros (thirteen euros and eighty six cents) of total value 13,860 euros (thirteen thousand eight hundred and sixty euros).
