In compliance to the No. 2273/2003 Regulation of the E.C. Committee dated December 22nd, 2003 Proton announces purchases of own shares as listed below, which were accomplished in accordance to article 16 par. 5 of L.2170/1920, in implementation of the Annual Shareholders' Meeting decision of November 24th, 2006 and the Board of Directors' decision of May 8th, 2007.
Between May 24th, 2007 and November 23rd ,2007 a total of 760,483 own shares, i.e. 1,2132 % of the total share capital were purchased through Proton Bank S.A., in the total value of Euro 7,667.744,46, at an average purchase price of Euro 10.083 per share.
Therefore, Proton Bank S.A. owns a total of 760,483 own shares, i.e. 1,2132 % of the share capital.
