OPAP S.A. announces to the investment community that, pursuant to the provisions of Law 3016/2002, the Company's Board of Directors appointed the following independent non executive members, namely Mr. Stavros Th. Theodoropoulos & Michail G. Galanis, as Chairman and member respectively of the Internal Audit Committee.
