Marfin Popular Bank Public Co Ltd announces, in accordance to Law 3556/2007, Decision 1/424/3.7.2007 and Circular 33 of Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that on 05/11/2007 Mrs Constantina Forou, closely associated with Mr Marcos Foros, Independent Non Executive Member of BoD of the Bank, proceeded with the purchase of 1.600 shares of Marfin Popular Bank of total value euro 17.440,00.
