Buy-out of the shares of the "MEDICAL INSTITUTE OF HIGH TECHNOLOGY OF CRETE S.A."

EUROMEDICA S.A. would like to hereby inform investors that, within the framework of its continuous efforts to rationalise the company's and group's organisational chart, it has proceeded in the buyout of an additional 117,322 shares of "MEDICAL INSTITUTE OF HIGH TECHNOLOGY OF CRETE S.A.", the cost of which amounted to 8.95 million Euros, and that, as a result thereof, it presently holds 60.66% of the company's shares.
