The company INTRALOT announces, according to the Law 3556/2007 and in conjunction with the article 11 of Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that:
- Mr. Vasileios Kasiotakis - person obligated to notify pursuant to Law 3340/2005 - sold on 13.11.2007, 1,000 common registered shares of INTRALOT, bearing voting rights, having a total value of Euro 29,140.00
- Mr. Dimitrios Xatzigrigoriadis - person obligated to notify pursuant to Law 3340/2005 - purchased on 13.11.2007, 1,000 common registered shares of INTRALOT, bearing voting rights, having a total value of Euro 29,437.48
